In April this year we participated in Living Room Law, a new virtual conference, organised in partnership with Legal Cheek.
The conference featured a series of talks by lawyers who are doing things differently and one of our Peerpoint legal consultants, Alexandra Gladwell and senior executive consultant to Peerpoint, Lisa Mulley, shared their stories by taking part in a session discussing how flexibility empowers lawyers.
Alexandra shares why she chose legal consultancy and talks about having control, challenging and interesting work and why Peerpoint stood out to her as the right legal resourcing platform, providing the support to its consultants in terms of career guidance, development and much more. Lisa discussed how consultants are put at the heart of Peerpoint’s business, the bespoke support, the consultant development programme (which covers topics such as mindset, landing well, interview training, career and executive coaching and CV support). She also talked about why Peerpoint really wants its consultants to feel part of a legal consultant community, the impact of the pandemic and the legal consulting market more generally.
